Foundations Natural Health is a naturopathic medical clinic in Excelsior, Minnesota, We provide personalized, root-cause-focused care that seeks to uncover why symptoms are occurring and create practical, individualized plans to help patients move toward lasting wellness. Through naturopathic medicine, we support patients with concerns such as hormone imbalances, digestive issues, fatigue, fertility and preconception health and preventative wellness. We also offer Advanced Allergy Therapeutics (AAT), a non-invasive approach designed to help reduce symptoms associated with seasonal, environmental, food, and pet sensitivities. Our goal is to help patients better understand their health and build a strong foundation for long-term wellness. We believe true health is built on strong foundations, and while we are passionate about helping people improve their physical health, our greatest hope is that others come to know the true foundation found in Christ.
